A standard GP or specialist referral is all that is needed. Send it by email or have your patient call our rooms. We handle the rest.

Phone: Your patient can call our rooms directly with your referral in hand on (02) 8112 8569.
A standard GP referral letter is all that is required — no special form needed. A downloadable referral form (PDF) is also available if preferred by your practice software.
Our rooms contact the patient directly to schedule their appointment at their preferred location — Chatswood or Strathfield. Routine appointments are typically available within 1–2 weeks.
A detailed consultation letter is sent to the referring clinician within 5 business days of the appointment. For complex cases, Dr Ma welcomes direct communication. Allied health professionals are included in correspondence by request.
